    Hello,

I was interested in purchasing some of your fake snow for a party I am hosting. I was curious… your site says it is really easy to clean up. How do you clean it up? does it condense? or do you poor water on it to make it dissolve? Basically, how would I clean up 500 gallons?

      Thanks for contacting Party Snow.

Cleaning up Party Snow has several options. While it feels like snow – it is a polymer. This means that the particles will not melt or dissolve into the air. You can pour a LOT of water on the snow to dissolve it – If you use this option it will expand to a substance that looks / feels a bit like hair gel – but is non-toxic. If you keep adding water it will dissolve. This method works great for small amounts but 500 gallons may be a bit too much for this method.

In large commercial applications we recommend either spreading it out on a lawn (it is extremely good for grass) or mixing it in soil. The hydrating properties of party snow are the same used in many green houses and commercial farming operations all over the world and in some of the driest regions. Any additional Party Snow can be thrown away-in the trash or dried out for later use.

If you don’t want to spread party snow on the lawn, you can simply gather it up and throw it in the trash using trash cans or trash bags. Remaining amounts can be swept up or even vacuumed up. Party Snow won’t hurt your vacuum at all – and is legal to throw in the trash.

Is there any other questions you have?

Can you bag it back up and reuse it?

Yes, you are able to dry it out and use it later. It does take a few days for it to dry. Just keep it clean, in a dry spot and stir it once a day until dry.
